All OPEN EDITION prices are inclusive of VAT and post and packing worldwide. LIMITED EDITION prints, by their nature, are much more expensive to ship and therefore, incur a fixed shipping charge which I have averaged for three zones, UK, Mainland Europe and Worldwide based on the price of shipping using ParcelForce Priority which provides tracking and insurance for your investment. By the payment method I have in place, ordering multiples of the same Limited Edition print automatically only incurs a single shipping charge. Ordering different prints will however, incur a separate shipping charge for each individual print. Clearly, unless you specifically want them shipped individually, this is unnecessarily expensive when more than one print can fit in a postal tube. So, if you wish to order multiples of the same print or a number of different prints and would like them shipped in a single tube, let me know at the time of ordering at the e-mail below and I will arrange an immediate refund of additional shipping charges as soon as I am aware of the order i.e. before I send you a confirmation e-mail on receiving your order. I am looking in to other payment gateways!! All that said though, I make every effort to get your investment to you in perfect condition, so I would suggest ordering no more than three prints per tube so that they're not too tightly packed. Further purchases, or if you prefer multiple single print per tube purchases, can be made by going through the whole order process as often as required, the fact that shipping is added will let me know that they are to be shipped individually. To avoid the potential pitfalls of posting framed images and since I genuinely believe that framing is best done locally, to accurately compliment your own decor - all paper prints are shipped unframed. Canvas wraps are posted ready to hang, only within the UK. Whilst every effort will be made to dispatch your print "much" sooner, all images are printed to order and not held in stock so please allow up to 21 days for dispatch. As soon as I'm aware of your order, I will e-mail you a confirmation and let you know when your order is dispatched along with tracking details should you wish to use them. For ease of credit card payment, and to allow you to acquire your investment with the minimum of fuss, secure online payments for this site are provided by PayPal. Please be aware that you don't require a PayPal account to use PayPal, just a valid credit card. If you would prefer to pay by other means i.e. Cheque or Postal order, please contact me at the email below. Custom sizes and Proofs My prints are custom-made to order by me in house to a maximum 16 inch (40.5 cm) short side. However, many of the images can be printed larger by an outside agency, so if the specific size you are looking for is not listed, I can still tailor the print to the given dimensions and crop requirements to suit your needs. Please bare in mind though, that shooting conditions will often dictate how much enlargement an image can take and the larger the image, the less sharp it becomes, though viewing distance does, of course, get relatively greater. But how do you know how good an artists work looks if you haven't seen an example? You get hold of an example (or talk to somebody who has one). To that end, for all orders over £!00, I will be happy to provide free A4 cropped proofs to help you better assess colour and detail before making your order. Simply get in touch at the email below to let me know that you would like proofs of the image of your choice, and it will get a proof, or if needed proofs, to you a.s.a.p. Standard orders will be fulfilled within 21 days but custom orders may require more time and you will be informed of timings when I provide you with the price and ordering information for your print. Return policy I hope that you will be delighted with your investment, however, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, the print can be returned in a saleable condition for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. All images are insured and should be signed for on receipt, so let me know if you receive an image in poor condition and I will chase it up and provide a replacement. Please be aware that not every image can be printed at all the sizes stated and there are some occasional odd sizes. The figures below refer to the image dimensions.
